Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SignaSelfie mobile application and related services operated by SignaSelfie ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload, create, or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third party's rights.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or scrape the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content

Our app allows you to create and upload selfies and other content. You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

5. Sharing Features

Our service allows you to generate shareable links for your selfie creations. These links are time-limited and subject to expiry. You are responsible for any content you choose to share publicly via these links. We are not liable for how recipients use or share your content once a link has been distributed.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including our logo, design, text, graphics, frames, and software (excluding user-generated content), are owned by or licenced to SignaSelfie. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SignaSelfie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by notifying you through the app. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
